  • How soon must I cancel my appoinment?
    You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.
  • Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?
    No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use. Swept provides environmetally safe cleaning supplies.
  • Whats the difference between deep cleaning and regular cleaning?
    Deep cleaning is exactly what it implies, we get deep in the nitty-gritty. We remove everything and get the areas that have been overlooked for quite some time. The regular cleaning is front and center, it helps you maintain the deep cleaning that was previously provided. We recommend deep cleaning services to all of our first-time clients.
  • If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?
    Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.
  • Do I have to be home when the cleaners arrive or depart?
    No, you do not. Instructions may be left in advance for how you wish the cleaners to enter and leave.
  • Can I leave a key?
    Yes! We respect your schedule and we do not want to keep you waiting.
  • What if im not satisfied with my clean?
    If you are not satiesfied with your clean please let us know within 48 hours and we will get reclean your space free of charge. We take your satisfaction in services seriously and we aim for Quality, Honesty and Reliability in every job we do.
  • Can we do contactless service? I dont feel comfortable meeting due to COVID-19
    Ofcourse! your safety, as well as the safety of our staff is our top priority. Therefore we are sure to abide by CDC mandates and have all of our staff tested.
